(Bible Question) Thank you for your series of Christian publications you sent to me so far. I am very happy. I am a Catholic member but I do not subscribe to veneration of stature of Mary neither do I yield to veneration of images of Saints (the stature of Christians who have died). (Bible Answer) Greetings in Jesus' name. It is wonderful to read that you do NOT simply accept the teachings of Catholicism. Hopefully, the reason you reject bowing before statues of Mary, etc., is because it is clearly forbidden in Scripture:
You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them (Exo 20:4,5)
There are scores of good reasons why you should leave the Catholic Church. The primary ones are, their plan of salvation is FALSE and the whole religious system is rampant with idolatry. They teach salvation comes through the sacraments, Mary and being Catholic. If a person gets saved by hearing and acting upon God's truth that he heard from some outside source, with all of the rampant idolatry in Catholicism, he will soon lose his salvation if he stays there. The real plan of salvation centers around JESUS 100%. Repent (turn from your sins) and commit to Jesus to OBEY and serve him, in accordance to the Scriptures. Read and reread the New Testament as though your eternity beyond the grave depends upon it, for it does! Change according to what you read. The Bible is final authority, not the Popes or the Catholic Church.

(Bible Question) I have just read the article about wearing a ring and salvation. Interestingly, l recently heard about another Mennonite belief that it is sinful for women to wear trousers today because of the scripture in Deuteronomy 22:5. Whilst this sounds legalistic it also seems to make sense to me as it would still be unsuitable for men to wear women's clothing. I want to obey God's Word in all areas of my life but l'm somewhat unsure about this one. What is your opinion? Thank you in anticipation of your response.
(Bible Answer) Greetings in Jesus' name. Deut. 22:5 does not say trousers, even though that is how many read into it. The actual verse reads:
A woman must not wear men's clothing, nor a man wear women's clothing, for the LORD your God detests anyone who does this. (Deu 22:5)
NOTE: Again, it does not say trousers or pants in that verse. It says men's clothing. There is a definite difference between the two. Pants are available for both men and women. It is wrong to say that all pants are men's apparel, just like it would be wrong to say all robes are men's apparel. The Bible shows that both men and women wore robes:
When David arrived at the summit, where people used to worship God, Hushai the Arkite was there to meet him, his robe torn and dust on his head. (2 Sam 15:32)
So his servant put her out and bolted the door after her. She was wearing a richly ornamented robe, for this was the kind of garment the virgin daughters of the king wore. (2 Sam 13:18)
That is a similar situation, as we have today, with pants. Women are forbidden from wearing men's pants, but not women's pants and vice versa. Also, all Christian clothing is to be modest, even a man's. Hope that helps. God bless you.

(Bible Answer) Greetings in Jesus' name. YES, YES, YES there is hope for you! The prodigal was a backslider too and God received him back. In fact, the only time you will ever read where the Father is shown running was to greet the repentant prodigal son and welcome him home. Jesus' teaching of the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32) should be VERY ENCOURAGING for you. Get back into the spiritual race. Your SOUL is your most valuable possession. (Comment) I have read your article on the acid test in regards to immorality, and I feel you are in error on this. You say Peter lost his salvation as did David because of sin yet you fail to mention that not only did he repent but that he was a man after God's own heart Acts 13:22. Further you assert that peter lost his salvation do to denying Jesus Christ. The fallacy of your arguement is that it has nothing with salvation. Rather Peter was fullfing jesus words....
Bible Answers: Your attempted excuses for sin are not new, nor sound. Without actually saying it, you are declaring there are Christian murderers and Christian adulterers (like David) and Christians who disown Jesus (like Peter). That is a disgrace! Your teaching smears the holy image of a Christian. No wonder the world has little regard for the putrid “gospel” embraced and defended by the so-called leaders, past and present, of what is presented as Christianity.
The Bible says adulterers and murderers will go to the lake of fire (Rev. 21:8), that is, unless they get forgiven. If any disciple disowns Jesus, Jesus will disown him (Mt 10:33). To be disowned by the Lord Jesus means one is no longer in his spiritual family, no longer his sheep, no longer his property and, therefore, on the road to hell.
We have said many times David repented and came back to salvation. It is even in the very article you criticize that he returned to salvation:
David did lose his salvation. (Afterwards he got saved again.)
Don't try to twist our message and especially the Biblical message of salvation. Your grace message is a license for immorality (Jude 3,4). BTW, David was a “man after God's heart” because he taught and stood for the truths of God, but he wasn't the only one:
Then I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding. (Jer 3:15)
When David turned to do evil, he died spiritually and is described here:
If a righteous man turns from his righteousness and does evil, he will die for it. (Ezek 33:18)
David died spiritually because of his wickedness. Later he got his salvation back again like the prodigal son. For your own good, STOP teaching and trying to defend the most dangerous and unrecognized heresy among Bible believers in our day - eternal security. Remember Gal. 6:8 cf. Gal. 1:8,9.

(Bible Answer) Greetings in Jesus' name. The Bible does not address that issue. The Bible, final spiritual authority, was written to primarily teach about salvation. It touches on other issues too, but many are not clearly mentioned nor in the detail we might want.
If you think you have sinned too much to be forgiven, ponder the teaching of the prodigal son, James 5:19,20 and Rom. 11:19-23. God wants the backslider back. The devil will tell the backslider he can't repent or some other lie to try to prevent him from getting saved again. Don't let that happen to you. GOD BLESS YOU.

(Bible Question) ...Please, permit me to ask some questions about salvation. First, I am a Christian but worship God in a Catholic Church, I hate venerating the cross, sacramentals and I do not put my hope on the Catholic doctrines but the Bible teaching. Secondly, I read in the internet that Pope John Paul II is in Hell fire as revealed by Sis. Angelica. She pointed that one of his sins was the veneration of images or stature of Mary (Idolatry). Pope John Paul II was the head of Catholic Church on earth. By implication, will all catholic faithfuls go to hell fire because they belong to the same Church?
Thirdly, do you suggest I come out of the Catholic Church to another Bible believing church before I can make Heaven? Please, don't be offended at my questions. I hope to receive your reply as soon as possible. Thank you and may God bless you.
(Bible Answer) Greetings in Jesus' name. WHY do you think you are a real Christian? Have you been set free from your sin addictions? Have you had a radical change in your life upon sincere repentance? Are you now a new creation in Christ and follower of Jesus?
If you kept the Catholic practices of venerating the cross, sacramentals, etc., that would be SIN. You have NOT committed sacrilege by not doing those things. Pope John Paul II was a faithful Catholic, who had extreme power when he was alive and a grossly distorted view of Mary. Because of his beliefs and behavior, the Bible declares he was NOT saved. Forget about Sister Angelica. She is a Catholic nun and therefore in a spiritual fog and darkness too. She doesn't have the light of life. Remember, the Bible is final authority (2 Tim. 3:16,17), not any respected person.
A faithful Catholic is believing and doing the things he was taught. Therefore, he doesn't have the salvation mentioned in the Bible. He would also be committing idolatry. To bow before the communion wafer (Eucharist) and worship it as God is clearly idolatry.
For your own SOUL'S sake, leave the Catholic Church IMMEDIATELY. The teachings and practices there are spiritual poison. As you read the New Testament for yourself and change accordingly you will notice these things. God bless you.

(Comment) I am a former OSAS Baptist and I was BLIND to God's Truth. My concern is that I have friends and people I know that are stuck in their “Blindness” and can not see beyond OSAS [once saved always saved]. To those who continue to teach and “preach” OSAS – I especially pray they will be open to God and God's Truth and God's Way. It is difficult to turn from the indoctrination of OSAS when one has been taught and brainwashed to believe OSAS. All I know to do is to live God's Way and be willing to share God's Truth when the door is open to those who are willing to open their ears and actually listen. When I was OSAS – I was told that I “should not disobey or sin” but if I do – I am still going to Heaven no matter what. God has shown me that I was living in the lie – the big lie that is from the pits of Hell – the lie that Satan has told from the beginning in God's Garden to Adam and Eve. I bought into Satan's lie and thought that I was right with God although I lived in sin.
Now – I renounce and denounce Satan and his ways and his lies to live God's Way and to obey God. There is truly no other way to be happy but to trust and obey. I have to live God's Way even if I were the only one in the world who did so and even if I should be beheaded for Jesus. I am glad there are others although there are not as many as I once thought....
Stay strong – stay true and stay right with God no matter what - I encourage you and all who read this to pray for the same including to pray for me. May God bless you as you sacrifice your life for God's life.

It has been our experience that a belief in eternal security and being sinful go together like hand in glove. The blindness is apparent too, especially with the parables. Now that God has opened your eyes and you are firmly committed to the Lord Jesus, please be vocal, as often as possible, even before others who say they reject eternal security. Even many of them aren't aware of the necessity of fruitfulness, forgiving others and avoiding lukewarmness for salvation's sake.

There are so many wonderful names of Yah that we could call Him; names that show His attributes at certain times. Yeshua Ha Machiach has meaning. Since "Machiach, Messiah, Christos and Christ" mean 'one who is anointed' why do Christians refer to Yeshua, (salvation or savior) ben Elohim (son of God). The Hebrew names have meaning and the translated names have no meaning.
Why not call Yeshua by His Hebrew name. After that was the name that El Elohim (Most High God) instructed His angel to tell Josef what to name Yeshua and it isn't difficult to pronounce.

It is sad to believe there are those who believe that satan is stronger than God and is able to take away one's salvation. It just isn't possible my friend. Christians are not Bible-defined “sinners.” Sinners are hell-bound, wicked people. Christians are righteous. What you teach is a Christian is a sinner, who can NOT help but sin, but it's okay since his future sins are already forgiven and God can't see those sins since all he sees is the blood. Hence, though you might teach one should be pure, you also teach it doesn't matter for salvation if he isn't, and he can't really obey—no one is—and even Paul couldn't get above being the chief of sinners!
I KNOW you are sinful, as you admit. (It goes with your heresy.) Paul was not like you. He was holy, righteous and blameless (1 Thess. 2:10). He also taught the gospel:

You hate and oppose his gospel, which is the one Christians are to spread around the world. To “believe in Jesus” includes TURNING AWAY FROM SINS and OBEYING the Lord. Mental assent will not bring forth salvation. You have a dead faith and teach empty words:
We know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands. The man who says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him. (1 John 2:3,4)
