Eternal Security or Conditional Security III
There are four questions related to eternal sin and blasphemy of the Holy Spirit that are some of the most feared questions one can ponder.
For a person to say that a professing Christian was never saved, if he turns away from God to sin, is fallacious in at least 7 different areas. If you are a Christian, carefully ponder the following so you can help others see the dangerous folly of such a declaration.
Back in the days of Moses a very surprising test from God occurred, which is similar to one of the spiritual tests we face in our day over eternal security.
Though it is basic and fundamental to the Scriptures regarding the Christian life, very few in our day seem to be aware of the fight-to-death conflict Christians are in with their sinful nature.
This is one of Jesus' parables regarding the security of the believer.
Can the Christian now relax and do nothing as far as his salvation is concerned? If not, then what should he do? Is doing anything a violation of Biblical grace? What is being commonly taught on this and does that message line up with the Bible?
The Bible is clear in speaking of the miraculous power of the real gospel. It has the ability to change a person into a new creation and set him free from sin's addictions.
Clear proof that multitudes in our day have been religiously brainwashed and deceived is revealed by how people commonly understand the teaching known as the wheat and tares (KJV). Please know the tares (or weeds) do not look like wheat, according to Jesus' teaching.
Don't you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him as slaves, you are slaves to the one whom you obey - whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness?
In an article entitled, "Sexes Without Sex," Ray Comfort shares his comments on Gen. 2:17. In doing so he indirectly denies that Adam and Eve died spiritually by sinning.
Is 1 Cor. 5:5 support for the doctrine of once saved always saved OR has that passage been grossly twisted from its context in an effort to support the license for immorality commonly called eternal security? The latter is the Biblical answer. Remember, the doctrine of eternal security is NOT a Christian doctrine.
Four separate issues are commented upon. This is not an in-house debate.

Because Charles Spurgeon wrote an article entitled, A Defense Of Calvinism and that same article is sometimes submitted as proof for that theological system, it must, therefore, be tested (1 Thess. 5:21) with the Scriptures, which is final authority for the Christian (2 Tim. 3:16,17).
