According to Ray Kurzweil, by 2029 man will reach immortality via AI (Artificial Intelligence) and science. They also want perfect health for their bodies. NEITHER of their God-rejecting plans will ever materialize! After Adam and Eve sinned, we read this:

And the LORD God said, "The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. HE MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO REACH OUT HIS HAND AND TAKE ALSO FROM THE TREE OF LIFE AND EAT, AND LIVE FOREVER." (Gen. 3:22)
God blocked sinful Adam and Eve from getting eternal life at that point, the illegitimate way, just like he will also block Bill Gates and company! **In contrast, WE CHRISTIANS get both because we have PRECIOUS King Jesus!!!!! [ SEE: The Overcomer's New Body of Dignity and Honor and Scriptures On Eternal Life That God Wants YOU To Know ] Getting back to the elitists, their problem is their WICKED heart - their self-will, pride and rejection of God has them deceived. In the end, the lake of fire will be their eternal home, along with their father the devil, and together they will be tormented in burning sulfur forever (Rev. 20:10).

Ponder this and note how GUARDED Job was with his WORDS:

as long as I have life within me, the breath of God in my nostrils, my lips will not speak wickedness, and my tongue will utter no deceit. (Job 27:3,4)
**That is a VERY GOOD EXAMPLE. It also reflects this:
He who guards his lips GUARDS HIS LIFE, but he who speaks rashly will come to ruin. (Prov. 13:3)

What a WONDERFUL VERSE to know and act upon when you are privately praising a worshiping God. It is PERFECT because it is done in heaven:

Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing: "To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!" (Rev. 5:13)
MEMORIZE the second half of that verse and sing it out to the Father and Jesus with full confidence; that it is proper.

ALWAYS make sure you consider the context when reading the scriptures. For example, the following verse is very revealing in context:

Some have in fact already turned away to follow Satan. (1 Tim. 5:15)
Backup and carefully read from at least 1 Tim. 5:9; verse 11 is directly related to verse 15. Ponder the conclusion from that passage (as well as the importance of context)!

**Will God give to EACH PERSON (including YOU), according to what he HAS DONE?

God "will give to each person ACCORDING TO WHAT HE HAS DONE." To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. (Rom. 2:6-8)

NEVER FORGET our religious world is infiltrated with this type of religious people:

For such men are false apostles, DECEITFUL WORKMEN, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. BE GUARDED and TEST EVERYTHING that is religious with God's word alone (2 Tim. 3:16,17).

Though that verse is from the OT, it is still applicable to our day. Jude describes the grace changers as shepherds who feed only themselves for whom blackest darkness has been reserved forever. (Jude 12,13)

The sheep throughout the world have been POISONED BY LETHAL DOCTRINE and even scattered by the wolves. The saints who have survived must now be able to stand alone and encourage themselves in the Lord during this time of Great Distress.

The 'Church' is Christ's 'body' (Eph. 1:22-23; Col. 1:24) and the body of Christ are the real Christians throughout the world (1 Cor. 12:27; Eph. 5:23), who submit to Jesus (Eph. 5:24a). That is basic truth, yet too many wrongly think the "Church" is a denomination or religious group, such as Catholics, the SDA or the Mormons.

Christians are the TEMPLE OF GOD (1 Cor. 3:16,17; 6:19) - NOT a man-made building, as in the Old Testament or when Jesus walked the earth!

**It wasn't until Jesus was nailed to the cross that he bore our sins:

He himself BORE OUR SINS IN HIS BODY ON THE TREE, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed. (1 Pet. 2:24)
Question: **Have YOU died to "sin" and are YOU living for righteousness?

A LITTLE WHILE, and the wicked will be no more; though you look for them, they will not be found. (Psa. 37:10)
ALL THE WICKED OF THE EARTH you discard like dross; therefore I love your statutes. (Psa. 119:119)
Imagine, a glorious and peaceful future without the presence and persecution of the wicked - that is, if you die in heart purity (Mt. 5:8, 10:22). Hence:
Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning (Lk. 12:35)

Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, or with the breadth of his hand marked off the heavens? Who has held the dust of the earth in a basket, or weighed the mountains on the scales and the hills in a balance? Who has understood the mind of the LORD, or instructed him as his counselor? Whom did the LORD consult to enlighten him, and who taught him the right way? Who was it that taught him knowledge or showed him the path of understanding? (Isa 40:12-14)

"If you are the Christ," they said, "tell us." Jesus answered, "IF I TELL YOU, YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE me, and IF I ASKED YOU, YOU WOULD NOT ANSWER." (Luke 22:67-68)
How often that exact problem is repeated today, that is, the lost don't believe the truth and refuse to answer relevant spiritual questions. Instead of reasoning from the Scriptures (which is what we are do to just like Paul in Acts 17:2), they deflect, bring up irrelevant spiritual points, or attack the messenger. It is the entrance of God's word that brings light, and many flee from that light as they love the darkness and feel comfortable there, which is where there false doctrines take them. (Psa. 119:130; Jn. 3:19)

NO SCRIPTURES teach that we pass honor and veneration (worship) onto the person represented by a statue by bowing before and kissing the image. Such a practice is pagan and IDOLATROUS. ***NOTHING in the entire Bible even hints at that.

In heaven, they give "HONOR" and worship God and Jesus by verbally praising and singing out praises to him:

In a loud voice they sang: "Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!" Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing: "To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!" The four living creatures said, "Amen," and the elders fell down and worshiped. (Rev 5:12-14)
Christians are to WORSHIP God in "spirit and in truth" (Jn. 4:24) - not through idols. Also, NEVER is Mary to be an object of our honor or worship, based on scripture. Yet Catholicism teaches the opposite and CONDEMNS, with "anathema," all who say otherwise, showing the dark idolatrous anti-Christ spirit behind Catholic leaders. The following paragraph is their official teaching:
"Moreover, that the images of Christ, of the Virgin Mother of God, and of the other saints are to be placed and retained especially in the churches, and that due honor and veneration is to be given them... but because the honor which is shown them is referred to the prototypes which they represent, so that by means of THE IMAGES WHICH WE KISS and before which we uncover the head and PROSTRATE OURSELVES, WE ADORE CHRIST AND VENERATE THE SAINTS WHOSE LIKENESS THEY BEAR .... great profit is derived from all holy images, not only because the people are thereby reminded of the benefits and gifts bestowed on them by Christ, but also because through the saints the miracles of God and salutary examples are set before the eyes of the faithful, so that they may give God thanks for those things, may fashion their own and conduct in imitation of the saints and be moved to adore and love God and cultivate piety. But IF ANYONE SHOULD TEACH OR MAINTAIN ANYTHING CONTRARY TO THESE DECREES, LET HIM BE ANATHEMA." (H. J. Schroeder, O. P., The Canons And Decrees Of The Council Of Trent, Tan Books and Publishers, Inc., 1978, p. 216)

Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and SPIRITUAL SONGS. SING AND MAKE MUSIC in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Eph. 5:19,20)

Then the man who had received the one talent came. 'Master,' he said, 'I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed. So I was afraid and went out and hid your talent in the ground. See, here is what belongs to you.' His master replied, 'You wicked, lazy servant! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed? (Mat 25:24-26)
** NOTE that detail about God that you might not have seen:
"I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed."
 God want FRUIT from us.

Save me, O LORD, from lying lips and from deceitful tongues. (Psa 120:2)

Does 1 Peter 3:19 Teach Purgatory?

Below is the verse in question, followed by another verse that also sheds light on this question:
through whom also he [Jesus] went and preached to the spirits in prison who disobeyed long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water, (1 Pet 3:19,20)
NOTE: It is the Hebrew and Greek that are inspired by God, not the English, Spanish, Latin, etc. translations. Hence, we must examine the Greek for 1 Pet. 3:19. The word, PHULAKE is translated 'prison' because the term means: cage, hold, etc.

The context of that verse shows the people there are contrasted to those who were 'saved' and of the 8 in the ark (1 Pet. 3:20). In other words, they were unsaved and died lost. They are further described in Genesis 6:5:

The LORD saw how GREAT MAN'S WICKEDNESS on the earth had become, and that EVERY INCLINATION OF THE THOUGHTS OF HIS HEART WAS ONLY EVIL ALL THE TIME. (Gen. 6:5)
Then we read where God was going to kill all of mankind, except for the ones in the ark:
The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain. So the LORD said, "I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth--men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air--for I am grieved that I have made them." (Gen 6:6,7)

The vast multitude died lost and in GREAT WICKEDNESS.

Purgatory is the FALSE belief that people who die in venial sins are purged of their sins by FIRE before going to heaven. That notion certainly is not what we read from all of the foregoing verses. One is PURGED of his sins, if indeed he is, by the blood of Jesus this side of the grave - not after death in the so-called "fires of Purgatory,", which are imaginary. Purgatory, like so many other Catholic dogmas, is a false hope just as eternal security is. Again, Purgatory is not a Bible teaching, the Bible being the sole source from which all Christian doctrine is to come (2 Tim. 3:16-17). If a teaching does not originate from the Bible, and in particular, the New Testament, then it is not a Christian teaching, though many in our day will lump them all together under one big, happy, ecumenical 'Christian' umbrella.

One is saved by sincere repentance and a submissive faith and trust in the Lord Jesus 100% for salvation - leaving 0% for Mary, the sacraments and being a Catholic. See also Heb. 3:14; Mt. 10:22; Rev. 2:10-11; Gal. 6:8-9.

The unsaved are in DARKNESS and spiritual DEATH:

For you were ONCE DARKNESS [when a child of the devil], but now you are LIGHT IN THE LORD. Live as children of light (Eph. 5:8).
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the LIGHT OF LIFE." (John 8:12)
We know that we [Christians] have PASSED FROM DEATH TO LIFE, because we love our brothers. Anyone who does not love remains in DEATH. (1 John 3:14)
I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in DARKNESS. (John 12:46)
NOTE: not everyone possesses 'light' within by virtue of being a human being; such a notion is a false, New Age teaching. ONLY THE BIBLE-DEFINED CHRISTIANS, those who are in dwelled by the Holy Spirit, have such 'light' and are 'in the light'. However, Christians, under grace, must do their part to make sure that light remains within in them and that they remain in the light.
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. (1 John 1:7)
If anyone defiles the temple of God, GOD WILL DESTROY HIM. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.
My brethren, if any among you strays from the truth and one turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from DEATH and will cover a multitude of sins. (James 5:19,20)

It would be wonderful if there were no false teachers, but they are everywhere. Consequently, the following, unpleasant antagonism towards their teachings is a COMMAND and even a necessity for spiritual leaders:

He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and REFUTE THOSE WHO OPPOSE IT. (Titus 1:9)
**Can your spiritual leader "REFUTE" eternal security, as required or is he teaching that DOCTRINE OF DEMONS? Even if he does not teach it, is he silent and complicit or is he doing his part to contend for the faith that has been entrusted to all Christians, as commanded in Jude 3,4?

MEMORY VERSE:

**This explains why Judas Iscariot, the betrayer, was needed so they could arrest Jesus:

Now the Feast of Unleavened Bread, called the Passover, was approaching, and the chief priests and the teachers of the law were looking for some way to get rid of Jesus, FOR THEY WERE AFRAID OF THE PEOPLE. Then Satan entered Judas, called Iscariot, one of the Twelve. And Judas went to the chief priests and the officers of the temple guard and discussed with them how he might betray Jesus. They were delighted and agreed to give him money. He consented, and watched for an opportunity to hand Jesus over to them WHEN NO CROWD WAS PRESENT. (Luke 22:1-6)
There were always crowds around Jesus. Consequently, the chief priests and the teachers of the law could not just arrest Jesus for they feared the people would revolt against them, but because Judas Iscariot traveled with Jesus and knew when no crowd would be present for the arrest, the religious leaders were DELIGHTED that Judas would betray Jesus for his arrest and mock trial leading to the crucifixion.

We do not know when the Great Tribulation starts (or how long it is), but we do know when it ENDS. It end at the point of the rapture, immediately after which is the start of the wrath of God [Mark 13:24; Rev. 6:17 (seal #6); 11:18 (trumpet #7)].

**This is a now a time worldwide 'distress' - Mt. 24:29. What else could it be at this moment other than the Great Tribulation? The mark of the beast is getting VERY CLOSE, as is PARADISE for the faithful!!! You are NOT the only one 'suffering' during our "TEST" now. HOLD ON (Rev. 3:11).

We do not know when the antichrist starts to reign, but we do know his reign will only last for 42 months (Rev. 13:5) and will be terminated when Jesus returns to the Mt. of Olives to set up his 1,000 year reign (Rev. 19:19-21; Rev. 20). **The 1,000 year reign is 42 months after the antichrist starts to reign!!!! MAYBE the beast's reign will start with the war on the saints (Rev. 13:7 cf. Dan. 7:25b), but that is not a definite.

IMAGINE God NOT being ashamed of certain people calling him their God! Here are the details:

If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had opportunity to return. Instead, they were LONGING FOR A BETTER COUNTRY--A HEAVENLY ONE. THEREFORE GOD IS NOT ASHAMED TO BE CALLED THEIR GOD, for he has prepared a city for them. (Heb. 11:15-16)

Both the one who makes men holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. SO JESUS IS NOT ASHAMED TO CALL THEM BROTHERS. (Heb. 2:11)
If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his Father's glory with the holy angels." (Mark 8:38)
** Do NOT allow that to happen to YOU!!!
And now, dear children, CONTINUE IN HIM, so that when he appears we may be confident and unashamed before him at his coming. (1 John 2:28)

The book of James is also DESTRUCTIVE to Hebrew Roots and Saturday Sabbath Keeping. WHY? Note the following details:

James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, TO THE TWELVE TRIBES scattered among the nations: Greetings. (James 1:1)
My brothers, as BELIEVERS IN OUR GLORIOUS LORD JESUS CHRIST, don't show favoritism. (James 2:1)
Based on the above verses, it is evident that James was written to Christians, who also happened to be Jewish by nationality; yet NEVER is there any mention of the Sabbath, feast days, and other ceremonial laws, etc., which are so highly honored and exalted among the Jews (and Hebrews Roots people). Such an omission, on the part of James, lines up with his decision concerning the Gentiles in Acts 15, when he was presiding over the Council of Jerusalem:
It is my judgment, therefore, that we should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God. Instead we should write to them, telling them to abstain from food polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from the meat of strangled animals and from blood. (Acts 15:19,20)

Astrology (and horoscopes) are condemned:

All the counsel you have received has only worn you out! Let your astrologers come forward, those stargazers who make predictions month by month, let them save you from what is coming upon you. Surely they are like stubble; the fire will burn them up. They cannot even save themselves from the power of the flame. Here are no coals to warm anyone; here is no fire to sit by. (Isa. 47:13-14)
Also, NECROMACY is calling on the dead and "speaking to them". Have nothing to do with that either. See Spiritism for more information on such practices.

While people may grieve over the death of a loved one and terribly miss their presence, one MUST NEVER try to communicate with them after they depart. It is forbidden and DANGEROUS.

No one was rejected by men like Jesus was!

At that time they had a NOTORIOUS PRISONER ['murderer' - Mk. 15:7], called Barabbas. So when the crowd had gathered, Pilate asked them, "Which one do you want me to release to you: Barabbas, or Jesus who is called Christ?" For he knew it was out of envy that they had handed Jesus over to him. While Pilate was sitting on the judge's seat, his wife sent him this message: "Don't have anything to do with that innocent man, for I have suffered a great deal today in a dream because of him." But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowd to ask for Barabbas and to have Jesus executed. "Which of the two do you want me to release to you?" asked the governor. When the devil wants you to have a pity-party, remember that fact. Along the same line, following is good verse to remember and ponder, especially when you are feeling weary, alone or discouraged:
Consider him [JESUS] who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. (Heb. 12:3)

It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God--that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. (1 Cor. 1:30)
Get rid of the old yeast that you may be a new batch without yeast--as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. (1 Cor. 5:7)
He is also our Lord, Savior, King and Redeemer. Do YOU "know him" (1 Jn. 2:3-4)?

BTW, the above verse is yet another verse that disproves once saved always saved devil doctrine HERESY; at one point, such a person was saved - i.e. clothed (in the righteousness of Jesus); yet, due to their own neglect, they lost those garments of righteousness, and lost their salvation. A similar verse:
Yet you have a FEW people in Sardis who have not soiled their clothes. They will walk with me, dressed in white, for they are worthy. (Rev. 3.4)
If ever there was a time when the Parable of the Ten Virgins is applicable, it is now and the days ahead.

The "Mary" that Catholics believe in, trust in, 'venerate' [a synonym for worship] and pray to is as real as Santa Claus is in the minds of little children. The real Mary of the Bible was NEVER exalted by Jesus' followers, as shown by their sermons (in the book of Acts) as well as their NT epistles, but Catholics do NOT know that truth. Hence, we Christians need to tell them, but are YOU?

When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, WHAT IS MAN THAT YOU ARE MINDFUL OF HIM, the son of man that you care for him? (Psa. 8:3-4)

MANY unsaved people also have "good works" and "kindness". Not only did the residents of Malta after the shipwreck (Acts 28:2), but also the Centurion, Julius, showed KINDNESS to Paul (Acts 27:3), and they were all unsaved.

Cornelius also had GOOD WORKS (Acts 10:2) but was lost despite them (Acts 11:14), until he heard this truth about forgiveness and received it. He DESPERATELY needed the truth:

All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him [JESUS] receives forgiveness of sins through his name. (Acts 10:43)
That important truth shows that those who focus solely on Mt. 25:31-46, to the exclusion of other verses, as some do for salvation, are wrong (just like those who talk about faith, but not OBEDIENCE with it).
You are all sons of God through FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS, (Gal. 3:26)
They are wrong because:
The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; THE ONE WHO SOWS TO PLEASE THE SPIRIT, FROM THE SPIRIT WILL REAP ETERNAL LIFE. LET US NOT BECOME WEARY IN DOING GOOD, FOR AT THE PROPER TIME WE WILL REAP A HARVEST IF WE DO NOT GIVE UP. (Gal. 6:8-9)
We are saved by an OBEDIENT and SUBMISSIVE FAITH IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST; we must endure to the END to enter God's kingdom (Mt. 10:22; Heb. 3:14; Rev. 2:10-11; Gal. 6:8-9).

Compare scripture with scripture or you will be misled:

We are witnesses of everything he did in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. THEY KILLED HIM [Jesus] BY HANGING HIM ON A TREE (Acts 10:39, NIV)
**It sounds almost like they took a rope and hung Jesus from a tree limb and killed him that way. Therefore, just singling out that verse, to the exclusion of all others on the same subject, can be highly misleading.

BTW, the SEVERELY FLAWED KJV states the following there:

And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom THEY SLEW AND HANGED ON A TREE: (Acts 10:39)
The word "slew" in the KJV can mean KILL and it is understood that way. Hence, the KJV there seems to be stating that Jesus was killed BEFORE he was nailed to the cross!!!! The same terrible translation is repeated in the KJV at Acts 5:30.

For here we do not have an enduring city,
BUT WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE CITY THAT IS TO COME. (Heb 13:14)

Excuses made by 'busy people' for not attending God's GREAT BANQUET he has prepared (Lk. 14:16-17) resulted in the following consequence:

I tell you, not one of those men who were invited will get a taste of my banquet. (Luke 14:24)
MORE TROUBLE FOR CALVINISM surfaces in the verse above. Why? They were invited by God through his servant, showing it was God's will for them to come, yet they refused based on their own free will. Again, this verse, among many others, proves that there is NO PREDESTINATION and that man's free will can negate God's will for them.

Both LUST and GREED are of the flesh (or sinful nature). See Col. 3:5 and Gal. 5:19-21. Therefore, they are NOT demons. The flesh needs crucified by REPENTANCE. "Daily" Paul died [to self] (1 Cor. 15:31) and we must too to be fruitful and live holy. Also, DAILY take up our cross, deny ourselves to follow Jesus unashamedly (Lk. 9:23; Mark 8:38).

These verses from James shows the origin, sequence and progression to SIN and SPIRITUAL DEATH:

but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death. (James 1:14-15)
Note: Temptation is not a sin, but can lead to such. Jesus was tempted, but was sinless (Heb. 4:15). **We are to PRAY TO BE LEAD AWAY FROM TEMPTATION and told to AVOID certain people, places and things. YOU ARE BATTLING FOR YOUR SOUL AND ETERNITY.
Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. (1 Pet. 5:8)
Resist the devil and he will flee from you. (James 4:7)

The Hebrew and Greek word for 'angel' also means MESSENGER (Gen. 19:1; Gal. 1:8). The hydrogel Covid injection includes "MESSENGER" RNA.

Back in Genesis 6 when the fallen angels (MESSENGERS) cohabited with women the 'giants' (Nephilim) were born (Gen. 6:4; Num. 13:33). The pure human DNA was affected and changed back then, (resulting in the GIANTS).

Today in 2021, a similar defiling and commingling of human DNA is happening again when their synthetic material is injected into the human body; this new fusion of man with machine, resulting in some type of hybrid, is NOT God's creation, but is a BLASPHEMOUS abomination of the devil and perhaps the fulfillment of this:

The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise his authority for forty-two months. He opened his mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven. (Rev 13:5,6)
Bill Gates is altering God's creation (through the hydrogel injections) and thereby implying God's is INFERIOR to his, which will be connected to AI and to eventually achieve their goal of living forever - ETERNAL LIFE (but by excluding the Lord Jesus). That is part of their Great Reset plan, but it is blasphemy upon BLASPHEMY.

Note the decrease in the human life span from 120 years to 70 or 80 years:

Then the LORD said, "My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days will be a hundred and twenty years." (Gen. 6:3)
The length of our days is seventy years-- or eighty, if we have the strength; yet their span is but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away. (Psa. 90:10)
Before Gen. 6:3, people lived hundreds of years longer, with some over 900 years.

***Our days ahead WILL REQUIRE GODLY COURAGE to stay faithful (Heb. 3:6; Rev. 21:8). Do NOT fear death. Think BIG PICTURE with ETERNITY in mind. IMAGINE what it will be like to see PRECIOUS JESUS. Remember John 14:27.

I, even I, am he who comforts you. Who are you that you fear mortal men, the sons of men, WHO ARE BUT GRASS, (Isa 51:12)

Jesus IS 'eternal life' (1 Jn. 1:2). He taught there are CONDITIONS in order to be WORTHY of him - 'Eternal Life' (Mt. 10:37,38; Rev. 3:4). NOT all are worthy of Jesus and eternal life, because they are not willing to count the cost and do what is required:

In the same way, any of you who does not give up everything he has cannot be my disciple. (Luke 14:33)

IF someone asks you, 'What church do you belong to', IF you are a Christian, you could answer that you "BELONG TO" Jesus:

Those who BELONG TO Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. (Gal. 5:24)
...the church submits to Christ, (Eph. 5:24)
Christians submit to Christ. In contrast. the 'church' buildings of our day are filled with people who do not submit to Christ.

Don't be fooled by the retort of 'forsake not the assembly of the believers'. The context there is assembling with other Christians for encouragement, and that assumes the doctrine in the congregation is sound and the example is godly. How encouraging, or spiritually safe, can it be to sit under a 'pastor' wolf in sheep's clothing?

In our late hour, most churches are apostasy or SPIRITUAL DEATH TRAPS. It is dangerous to sit under a pastor or religious leader preaching a false gospel or is lukewarm. In fact, the whole Book of Jude and 2 Peter 2 warn against the grace changers (OSAS), one particular, but very prevalent, type of HERETICAL common false teacher of our DARK and DANGEROUS hour.

Barnabas went and got Saul of Tarsus (the Apostle Paul at this point) and big things happened afterwards in Paul's ministry:

Then Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul, and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people. The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch. (Acts 11:25-26)
From there Paul's wonderful ministry exploded.

Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to make war against the rest of HER OFFSPRING - THOSE WHO OBEY GOD'S COMMANDMENTS AND HOLD TO THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS. (Rev 12:17)
Compare the above verse with the next two verses:
Then he looked at those seated in a circle around him and said, "Here are my mother and my brothers! Whoever does God's will is my brother and sister and mother." (Mk. 3:34)
He [Jesus] replied, "My mother and brothers are those who hear God's word and put it into practice." (Luke 8:21)
Hence, Christians are described as those who: keep God's commands, do the will of God and put it into practice. If someone is not doing the above, they are NOT a Christian, regardless of how much they profess to be 'believe in Jesus'. In summary, the following verse reinforces that professing Jesus and merely calling him 'Lord' does not necessarily make one a Christian.
Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but ONLY HE WHO DOES THE WILL OF MY FATHER WHO IS IN HEAVEN. (Mat 7:21)
