YOU have the best life possible, because you have PRECIOUS JESUS, even though there coexists pain and suffering for righteousness. You are a NEW CREATION in Christ with rest in your soul, peace with God and freedom from sin's addictions. You are a child of God, unlike multitudes around you - the majority. Remember, THE PROBLEMS NOW ARE ALL TEMPORARY, and also remember what Jesus said:
Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. That same Greek term for 666 is cited and in doing so shows the mark of the beast is 'recognition of ownership' for the devil and the antichrist.
Also, without question, the stigma MARK was on Paul's physical body (the scars) because of persecution, while the mark of the beast will be received on the right hand or forehead to "buy or sell".

The Greek term CHAIRO and the context shows it means WELCOME:

(2 John 10,11, NIV)John addressed the issue of WELCOMING a false teacher into their church house. Such would mean the one's accepting that teacher shares in his "wicked work" through the spread of his false doctrine. DOCTRINE is again shown to be vital, and only scripture is to be the source of all Christian doctrine (2 Tim. 3:16,17).

Wives (Col. 3:18), just like children (Eph. 6:1), are, first and foremost, in submission TO THE LORD - meaning if the husband, parents, etc. are leading you to sin, then do NOT submit to them.
**The same principle applies to the government, etc. This last point is vital, especially at this point in time, as the mark of the beast is imminent, and submission to the governmental dictates to take the future mark of the beast will send the recipient to the lake of fire, even if previously saved (Rev. 14:9-12).

(Rom. 8:9)**The TRUE CHRISTIAN is "controlled" by God's Holy Spirit, as he always allows for the person's FREE WILL to draw closer and closer to God OR to turn away from the Lord altogether. Hence, SPIRITUAL DEATH remains an ever-present danger and possibility:
For if you live according to the sinful nature, YOU WILL DIE; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, (Rom 8:13)That can't be physical death, because we are all going to die. We frequently hear of the 2 eternal destinies being heaven OR hell. Here is another way of saying the same:
Then they will go away to ETERNAL PUNISHMENT, but the righteous to ETERNAL LIFE. (Mat. 25:46)**The Greek term translated "punishment" there means TORMENT, that is, ETERNAL TORMENT awaits those who die in their sins.

We are in the GREAT TRIBULATION now. Seals #3 and #4 both mention FOOD (Rev. 6:6-9), the very thing under severe attack. It is possible that Seal #3 has been opened already, but if not - IT IS VERY CLOSE!
"I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth." (Rev. 6:8)
The word translated "SWORD" in Rev. 6:8 actually means: A LONG AND BROAD CUTLASS (or any weapon of the kind). Such a definition allows for death by guillotine. A GUILLOTINE would fulfill the "beheading" prophesied in Rev. 20:4.
The MARK OF THE BEAST (Rev. 13:16,17) is very close. Have you ever heard of the QUANTUM DOT TATTOO (QDT) that is coming with the microneedle patch vaccine (which looks like velcro)? The disciples, each according to his ability, decided to provide help for the brothers living in Judea. This they did, sending their gift to the elders by Barnabas and Saul. (Acts 11:28-30)God wanted the people to know SERIOUS FOOD ISSUES were coming to them back then, and God wants us to know FAMINE will likewise follow the food shortages and hyperinflation noted at Seals #3 and #4 (Rev. 6:6-8). Many will misuse the following verse as an excuse not to prepare for shortages and life in general:
Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? (Mt. 6:26)God provides food for the birds, but they have to go out and hunt for it and, at times, bring it back to their nest. David trusted in God to protect him, yet he hid in a cave and forest from Saul. IF you knew a hurricane was headed your way, would you prepare? A 'food shortage hurricane' is coming, ready or not.

One is initially forgiven (saved) when he contacts the BLOOD OF THE LORD JESUS. Clearly, that point is also when one is set free from his SIN ADDICTIONS (pornography, alcohol, drugs, gambling, etc.), which occurs at the point of REPENTANCE (turning from sin) to SERVE GOD (1 Thess. 1:9b; etc.). That also means salvation happens BEFORE water baptism and then a Christian get baptized.
Salvation is a HEART ISSUE between the sinner, with his humble cry to God for mercy and forgiveness, who alone can forgive the person.
For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin - because anyone who has died has been freed from sin. (Rom. 6:6,7)
But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, 'God, have mercy on me, a sinner.' I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted. (Luke 18:13,14)
I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus. (Acts 20:21)
...To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood, (Rev 1:5)
But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. (Rom 6:22)

If anyone comes to me and does not HATE his father and mother, his wife and children, his brothers and sisters--yes, EVEN HIS OWN LIFE - he cannot be my disciple. (Luke 14:26)Does this mean that we do not love our natural family? NO! It means that we do not yield to their ungodly advice to "chill out" our godly zeal and hide our light, which makes the unsaved uncomfortable. [This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Jn. 3:19] To love God means to obey him. (Jn. 14:15; 1 John 5:3) Many people, who do get saved, cannot handle the family division and persecution that ensues after they come to Jesus, and they fall away under that time of testing (Luke 8:13). The following verse sheds light on this particular "test" and situation all Christians face.
Do you think I came to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but division. From now on there will be five in one family divided against each other, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law." (Luke 12:51-53)

When the time of their purification according to the Law of Moses had been completed, Joseph and Mary took him to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord (as it is written in the Law of the Lord, "Every firstborn male is to be consecrated to the Lord"), and to OFFER A SACRIFICE in keeping with what is said in the Law of the Lord: "A PAIR OF DOVES OR TWO YOUNG PIGEONS." If he cannot afford a lamb, he is to bring TWO DOVES OR TWO YOUNG PIGEONS to the LORD as a PENALTY FOR HIS SIN - one for a SIN OFFERING and the other for a burnt offering. (Lev 5:7)

Many of the people of Israel will he bring back to the Lord their God. And he will go on before the Lord, in THE SPIRIT AND POWER OF ELIJAH, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous - to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. They replied, "He was a man with a garment of hair and with a leather belt around his waist." The king said, "That was Elijah the Tishbite." (2 Kings 1:8)

While Samson was the physically strongest person in the Bible, and probably that ever lived, SPIRITUAL strength is much more important. Such emanated from Paul:
Yet Saul grew more and more powerful and baffled the Jews living in Damascus by proving that Jesus is the Christ. (Acts 9:22)
About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. (Acts 16:25)The context of the latter point occurred after an unjust severe physical beating and placed in prison.

(The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years. (Rev. 20:5,6)The "first resurrection" is the same as the "resurrection of the righteous" (Lk. 14:14) and detailed in the first half of this verse:
...THOSE WHO HAVE DONE GOOD will rise to live, and those who have done evil will rise to be condemned. (John 5:29)
Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: SOME to everlasting life, OTHERS to shame and everlasting contempt. (Dan 12:2)

He who heeds discipline shows THE WAY TO LIFE, but whoever ignores correction leads others astray. (Prov. 10:17)
For these commands are a lamp, this teaching is a light, and the corrections of discipline are THE WAY TO LIFE, keeping you from the immoral woman, from the smooth tongue of the wayward wife. (Prov. 6:23,24)
The path of life leads upward for the wise to keep him from going down to the grave (Sheol or HELL in this case). (Prov. 15:24)
