Of the 25 thrones in heaven (Rev. 4:4), Mary doesn't have one, nor is she even mentioned, even in the slightest way in Heaven. To misuse Rev. 12:1,2, to allow for the Catholic's 'Queen Mary', is to consequently have their position on the identity of the "woman" dismantled once again when that same "woman" sprouts eagle wings and flies off into the desert (Rev. 12:14). [The "woman" in the Bible there is Israel, and the twelve stars represent Israel's twelve tribes.]
There is absolutely NO EVIDENCE in the Scriptures that Mary is Queen of Heaven and Earth, and we are not to go beyond what is written (1 Cor. 4:6).
The only "Queen of Heaven" in scripture was a pagan idol in Jeremiah's day (Jer. 7:18; 44:17-25). Moreover, the foregoing verses clearly reveal the status of God's heavenly throne and the ruling sovereign potentates, as stated. However, in a last-ditch effort, some Catholic diehards erroneously think, as one responded to me with 1 Kings 2 in mind:

THE EVIDENCE on Mary, Queen of Heaven, is a Complete Vacuum:
Jesus is sitting at the right hand of God the Father in heaven (Acts 7:56; Romans 8:34; Hebrews 1:3; Hebrews 8:1; etc.). **The focus in Heaven is NOT King Jesus and Queen Mary, as Catholics want to believe, but the heavenly Father and his Son. They are the ruling, focal point in heaven.
"He [Jesus] is the eternal fulfillment of the Davidic kingdom, in which the Queen has always been the mother of the King."
Examine, if you will, the lives of the kings of Judah after David and Solomon - from Rehoboam to Abijah to Asa to Jehoshaphat to Jehoram to Athaliah to Ahaziah to Jehoash to Amaziah to Uzziah to Jotham to Ahaz to Hezekiah to Manasseh to Amon to Josiah to Jehoahaz to Zedekiah, and finally note the absence of any mention of a Queen mother to any of those kings. Do NOT be deceived: Mary is NOT to be worshiped, prayed to, hoped or trusted in for anything, especially including our salvation.
Related, to the issue above, is the erroneous Catholic appellation of Mary as the "Mother of God" and the Catholic heaven excludes the Father from the throne!

Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction. (2 Tim. 4:2)The overlap between 2 Tim. 4:2 and 2 Tim. 3:16-17 is clear:
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be THOROUGHLY EQUIPPED FOR EVERY GOOD WORK. (2 Tim. 3:16,17)Finally, the Greek term logos is the WORD of God (scripture):
This is the meaning of the parable: The seed is the word of God. (Luke 8:11)Another note on tradition: it was not viewed favorably by the Lord Jesus. Jesus, speaking to the Pharisees, stated the following:
Thus you nullify the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And you do many things like that. (Mk. 7:13)Similarly, Catholics nullify God's word with their Rosary tradition, which started in about 1090 AD. See Mt. 6:6-8.
He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way. All the ways of the LORD are loving and faithful for those who keep the demands of his covenant. (Psa 25:9,10)
Now, brothers, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, so that you may learn from us the meaning of the saying, "DO NOT GO BEYOND WHAT IS WRITTEN." Then you will not take pride in one man over against another. (1 Cor. 4:6)In other words, do NOT go beyond scripture (which has been "written"). There are many examples like the following, but here are just 5 - three before the scripture in question (1 Cor. 4:6) and two afterwards, all containing the words, "it is written" and contained within this same epistle:
Therefore, as it is written: "Let him who boasts boast in the Lord." (1 Cor. 1:31)
However, as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him"-- (1 Cor. 2:9)
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God's sight. As it is written: "He catches the wise in their craftiness"; (1 Cor. 3:19)
For it is written in the Law of Moses: "Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain." Is it about oxen that God is concerned? (1 Cor. 9:9)
Do not be idolaters, as some of them were; as it is written: "The people sat down to eat and drink and got up to indulge in pagan revelry." (1 Cor. 10:7)**GO BY THE SCRIPTURE 100% TO BE SAFE. IF you depart from God's word, YOU are wide open to be lethally deceived. Remember 1 Cor. 4:6. (**1 Cor. 4:6 destroys the exaltation of Catholic tradition.)

2. Check the verse context - that is: the immediate context, the context of the book as a whole, and then the context of the whole testament.
3. Compare the scripture in question with other similar scriptures on the same subject.
Specifically with point 3, remember the exchange between the devil and Jesus. The devil was quoting Scripture, albeit in a twisted misused fashion. Notice how Jesus responds to the devil's misuse of Scripture.
"If you are the Son of God," he said, "throw yourself down. For it is written: 'He will command his angels concerning you, and they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.' Jesus answered him, "It is also written: 'Do not put the Lord your God to the test.' Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. (Mat 5:7)
I saw in heaven another great and marvelous sign: seven angels with the seven last plagues--last, because with them God's wrath is completed. And I saw what looked like a sea of glass mixed with fire and, standing beside the sea, those who had been victorious over the beast and his image and over the number of his name.
They held harps given them by God (Rev 15:1,2)
I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by SWORD, FAMINE and PLAGUE, and by the WILD BEASTS OF THE EARTH. (Rev 6:8)
Now I want to remind you, although you once fully knew it, that JESUS, who saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe. (Jude 5, ESV)(Read Numbers 14:22,23 on to see what Jude referred to.) Ponder also the following passage.
For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers, that our forefathers were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea. They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea. They all ate the same spiritual food and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ. (1 Cor 10:1-4)

To Adam he said, "Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you, 'You must not eat of it,' "CURSED IS THE GROUND BECAUSE OF YOU; THROUGH PAINFUL TOIL YOU WILL EAT OF IT ALL THE DAYS OF YOUR LIFE. It will produce thorns and thistles for you, and you will eat the plants of the field. By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return." (Gen. 3:17-19)We have been living under a curse since that time, which will continue until the 1000 Year Reign of Christ.
See this aspect of God's personality that many do not realize, especially in our day of being "positive" and magnifying the "God loves you" message.

All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and NO ONE KNOWS THE FATHER EXCEPT THE SON AND THOSE TO WHOM THE SON CHOOSES TO REVEAL HIM. (Mat. 11:27)
Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for THIS WAS NOT REVEALED TO YOU BY MAN, BUT BY MY FATHER IN HEAVEN." (Mat. 16:16,17)
I myself did not know him, but the reason I CAME BAPTIZING WITH WATER WAS THAT HE MIGHT BE REVEALED TO ISRAEL. (John 1:31)
This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet: "Lord, who has believed our message and TO WHOM HAS THE ARM OF THE LORD BEEN REVEALED?" (John 12:38)
I HAVE REVEALED YOU TO THOSE WHOM YOU GAVE ME OUT OF THE WORLD. They were yours; you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word. (John 17:6)
For in the gospel A RIGHTEOUSNESS FROM GOD IS REVEALED, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith." (Rom. 1:17)
And Isaiah boldly says, "I was found by those who did not seek me; I REVEALED MYSELF TO THOSE WHO DID NOT ASK FOR ME." (Rom. 10:20)
but now REVEALED AND MADE KNOWN THROUGH THE PROPHETIC WRITINGS by the command of the eternal God, so that all nations might believe and obey him-- (Rom. 16:26)
but GOD HAS REVEALED IT TO US BY HIS SPIRIT. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. (1 Cor. 2:10)
which was not made known to men in other generations as IT HAS NOW BEEN REVEALED BY THE SPIRIT TO GOD'S HOLY APOSTLES AND PROPHETS. (Eph. 3:5)

Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come UNTIL the rebellion occurs and THE MAN OF LAWLESSNESS IS REVEALED, the man doomed to destruction. (2 Thess. 2:3)
And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. (2 Thess. 2:6)
And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. (2 Thess. 2:8)

We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and THE [physically] DEAD IN CHRIST WILL RISE FIRST. AFTER THAT, WE WHO ARE STILL ALIVE AND ARE LEFT WILL BE CAUGHT UP TOGETHER WITH THEM IN THE CLOUDS TO MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore encourage each other with these words. (1 Thess. 4:14-18)At the Rapture, ALL of the righteous will get their new glorified immortal bodies. NO saint will be left behind over denying the pre-trib rapture myth.
