Jeremiah's PAINFUL SUFFERINGS were more emotional, and similar to Jonah. Also, both Jonah and Elijah wanted to die:

The real Bible Mary was "blessed among women," (Lk. 1:42) not blessed above women. Many people are blessed. Jesus openly corrected the Catholic-like woman with this:

He replied, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it." (Luke 11:27,28)The real Bible Mary is never called the 'new Eve' or any of the scores of idolatrous titles Catholicism has wrongly given to her. LIFE is in Jesus, who pre-existed before the Bible Mary was born.
Mary's role in redemption is like the Roman soldier, who nailed Jesus to the cross for him to die there, but it was Jesus ALONE and his BLOOD that saves us, that is, if we have a submissive faith in the Lord to follow him.
Moreover, the real Bible Mary is no more the 'new Ark of the Covenant' than any Christian. In fact, MANY Christians have had God in their physical bodies (1 Cor. 3:16; etc.) for decades and not just 9 months.
The fantasy mythical Mary of Catholicism is: sinless, Queen of heaven, 'LIFE, sweetness and hope', the refuge of sinners, door to heaven, THE WAY to God, the morning star, who is venerated (worshiped), prayed TO, trusted in for salvation, etc. That fake Mary is an idol and drags all who look to that false savior to ETERNAL FIRE (Mt. 13:41,42). This is more serious. Get the idols OUT OF YOUR HOUSE (Dt. 7:26).

Among other things, the Sermon on the Mount shows Jesus' modification to the law on 6 points - Mt. 5:21-48. [Later, the Lord negated the dietary law (Mark 7:19).] Mt. 6:1-20 shows how to get rewards or lose them, unlike what the eternal security teachers say. Mt. 7:21 is an important salvation scripture revealing that merely confessing Jesus as "Lord" is not good enough for salvation. Mt. 7:24-27 reveals the vital necessity of putting into practice Jesus' teachings.

Catholicism has exalted their mythical virgin great goddess (their sovereign and omnipotent) like Artemis and ABOVE JESUS for their 6 "holy days of obligation" in the USA. She has replaced the Lord Jesus becoming their fake "LIFE, sweetness and hope".
That is a wicked abomination to God. Repent of your idolatries and follow the Lord Jesus Christ of the New Testament.

Jesus answered him, "It is also written: 'Do not put the Lord your God TO THE TEST.'" (Mat 4:5-7)To intentionally put yourself in harm's way for God to deliver is testing God too. Judas and Silas, who themselves were prophets, said much to encourage and strengthen the brothers. (Acts 15:32)

When Job's three friends, Eliphaz the Temanite, Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite, heard about all the troubles that had come upon him, they set out from their homes and met together by agreement to go and sympathize with him and comfort him. When they saw him from a distance, they could hardly recognize him; THEY BEGAN TO WEEP ALOUD, and they tore their robes and sprinkled dust on their heads. Then they sat on the ground with him for seven days and seven nights. No one said a word to him, because they saw how great his suffering was. (Job 2:11-13)
So Satan went out from the presence of the LORD and afflicted Job with painful sores from the soles of his feet to the top of his head. (Job 2:7)**Those "painful sores" were ulcerated sores.
As you know, we consider blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of JOB'S PERSEVERANCE and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy. (James 5:11)

That spells tears and hardships and no one can escape. Some have a natural life of more ease and comfort than others, i.e., Solomon as opposed to Jeremiah, but everyone is TESTED BY GOD. Some have only known a bitter hard earthly life of making bricks out of Egyptian mud.
Others were tortured and refused to be released, so that they might gain a better resurrection. Some faced jeers and flogging, while still others were chained and put in prison. They were stoned ; they were sawed in two; they were put to death by the sword. They went about in sheepskins and goatskins, destitute, persecuted and mistreated-- the world was not worthy of them. They wandered in deserts and mountains, and in caves and holes in the ground. These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised. (Heb 11:35-39)Jeremiah stated:
Streams of tears flow from my eyes because my people are destroyed. My eyes will flow unceasingly, without relief, (Lam 3:48,49)PARADISE awaits the overcomers - Rev. 21:4. We must HOLD ON - Rev. 3:11.
